I was born and rased in Russia where I graduate with a degree in Economics ( I have a very strong background in Mathematics ) In the USA I received Masters of Fine Arts graduating in 2003. While in school I taught Drawing, Introduction to Sculpture and Jewelry Design. During high school I interned in a first grade classroom for one year in which I planmed/taught lessons. I also have young siblings and family members which I help with assignments on a daily basis. In college, I tutored students taking various Psychology courses. I enjoy conducting research, reading scientific articles, analyzing and interpreting data.
I enjoy teaching individuals of all ages and cultures. I adopt a hands on approach to learning and have extreme patience for slower learners. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is adaptive. Each person, especially in the field of art brings with them a skill level and an appreciation for a certain style. Children often are not taught the freedom of pursuing styles that are outside of the traditional realistic scope of artwork. I will teach my students the technical aspect of painting and drawing as well as the foundation they need to develop an individual identity. I love working with children and receive great satisfaction from seeing them have an epiphany moment with one of their works of art.
