A Little Bit About Me...

I tutored elementary students while in high school. These students were the ones with slight learning disablities. I tutored in college both in chemistry and biology but mainly chemistry. I have been in the workforce for many years and feel that my knowledge would be helpful to others. I have also tutored in math, mostly algebra.

I then begin focusing on the area where the student is having difficulties. It may be that the student requires help with homework as well as review of fundamentals. Merely teaching the idea is not enough, and that "Oh, I see" moment must occur to embed the idea for long-term growth.
