A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is basic. I feel it is most important for a student to grasp the basics before they can move on to more complicated subject material. I also am a strong believer of parental involvement. A parent knows their children's learning patterns best. I like to use different approaches. Activities that are visually and mentally stimulting help to form a connection between the student and the lesson. It is important to me that each of my student's set and acheive goals.
As a high school student, I attended Tiffin University to gain college experience and credit earlier than expected. My teaching experience, coupled with related activities outside the classroom has provided me with a diverse background with much to offer to the position of computer tutor for the Ann Arbor college. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Michigan in Flint this May, 2008.
