I always try to find a different approach to learning. If the material is delivered in a boring way, it won't be memorized. I try to engage students to become really interested in the subject. I use metaphors and comparisons to explain the meaning of a certain word of phrase and a clue to remember both its spelling and meaning. Then I try to prepare a personalized strategy for each student based on his/her grasping ability. This usually involves teaching those topics again, giving home assignments to students, periodically conducting unit tests and assessing them.
