I possess a real estate instructor's license, which is very hard to obtain. I have trained newly licensed adult real estate salespersons, and completed an instructor training course. I was a corporate trainer for Applebee's Restaurants, and trained new hires. As a property manager, I wrote the company training manual. I also possess 5+ years experience working in group homes for the developmentally challenged. I developed their training programs, then taught staff how to execute.
There are 7 different styles of teaching. I adapt to the individual's needs. Generally, I breakdown the task, as well as provide lots of visual aids and examples. I teach based on the student's abilities; sometimes it takes a lot of repetition, sometimes study aids, such as graphs/charts, and sometimes a visual demonstration with ordinary things so that the student can "touch" the lesson.
