A Little Bit About Me...

I am a college student who pursues a plethora of creative pursuits with much passion. I am finishing up my bachelor's in Fine Arts and Graphic Design, and will soon be marketing myself as a freelancing designer for the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Before college, I taught myself the entire Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and how to build websites. This has always been in the direction that I have been interested, and I want to give that passion and knowledge to those who see themselves going in a similar direction.

Private and group lessons- Beginner Level Dance!

No matter the technique, I always start with a thorough warm up. I begin with relaxing exercises and lead into more rigorous and conditioning exercises. I then move on to teaching and reviewing the technique. I always make sure the client has a basic understanding of the form before moving onto more advance movement. I end with repertory/choreography to further develop the clients understanding of the movement and implement their findings into practical means. For children, I also leave time for a dance game to further challenge their understanding and entertain their senses.
I have been teaching dance for four years, ranging from groups of 20 young students to private sessions for adults. I typically work with children and am experienced with large groups. I grew up in competitive dance and hold 3 nation titles in dance. I was a varsity cheerleader through out high school and I also attended Joffrey NYC pre professional dance program in high school. I am now in my last year at University of The Arts under the Prestigious Artist Scholarship as a Dance major. Through out college I was also a Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleader and just finished up my contract with them. Aside from school and cheering I have also worked in dance studios as an instructor since 2009. I am not working as dance intern at Koresh Dance Company in Philadelphia.

In addition, I also have a Teacher's Certification for Elementary Education in a Hebrew school setting from Midrashah Junior College.
