Hello, I am a native Arabic speaker. I have a Master’s in Library and Information Studies and a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies. In addition, I have 12 Language Education credits at the graduate level. I served as an Arabic Language Lecturer at Rutgers University and as a Senior Lecturer of Arabic at Ohio State University for several years. My comments on tutoring Arabic : Fluent in both English & Arabic.

I have vast experience tutoring at both the high-school and college levels. I have previously been hired by Rutgers University, NJ as a tutor for the Executive MBA program in Newark. I also, as a part of my PhD degree, taught a college level class called Statics for two semester. My teaching evaluation was roughly 4.5/5.
I can teach in both lecture style (time consuming) or review style. In lecture style, I prepare notes on topics provided to me before meeting and present these notes with sufficient number of examples. Then I have the student work on problems to gauge his/her understanding. In review style, I concentrate on reviewing problems with the student.
