My comments on tutoring Earth Science : i love science. I had the highest grade in my class for sciences. I enjoy learning it also.

I've been playing trumpet for 7 years. I started playing in middle school in the 8th grade and have been playing since then. played in LeFlore High School band for 4 years and 1 year in Alabama State University Mighty Marching Hornets Band. I still play for my church also. Been playing there since 8th grade. I recently joined the Voices of Triumph Gospel Choir as a trumpet player. Been playing with them since 2011.

I believe a "hands-on" approach is the best way to retain knowledge given all learning styles. If we do it, we will remember it. If learning is considered fun, we want to do it and all subject areas can have an element of fun. Positive reinforcement within a structured environment is my style of classroom management and it works. A Little Bit About Me...

I started tutoring math when I attended Faulkner State College. I then attended the University of South Alabama where I tutored math and physics. I have tutored all levels of math and also tutored not only physics, but lab activites as well.
I have always been a quick learner when it comes to mathematics. It is something that comes almost natural to me. With that said, I understand that this is not the case for everyone. I feel that a good majority of people hate math because they don't understand math, and because they don't understand math right away, they don't try to understand it. I had a wise professor once tell me, "Math isn't difficult; there is no such thing as difficult math. It just seems difficult because you haven't learned it yet". I think math can be easy for anyone, they just have to learn it first.
