I am currently a Special Education Teacher within the Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District for the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years. Prior to my employment there I was a building substitute within the Albany City School District as well as a certified BOCES substitute approved through many schools throughout the Capital Region. I completed my Masters at the University at Albany in Summer of 2013 in both Special Education and Literacy. During this program I completed several internships to prepare me for specific Special Education as well as Literacy instruction. A Little Bit About Me...

I never set out to work with children but after I was hired to be a teacher assistant for young children with autism I can’t imagine doing anything else. I am a very patient person and I strive to bring a light hearted, fun approach to working with students. I believe that learning should be educational but at the same time fun and engaging.
