I believe that understanding the learning style of a child or an adult can provide a map to success and a key way to avoid frustration. I like to use a variety of media to enrich my learning experience. This can be adapted to the preferred method of the student. It is a great challenge to get the student to think critically and so I focus on what is of interest to the student, while introducing necessary grammatical concepts. It is not good enough to learn in a rote manner, but rather it is important to organically learn the target language.
