Education is empowering and I am driven to continue learning and mentor others seeking to improve thier quality of life or contribution to their community. I just finished my MBA where I refreshed my research, writing, and teamwork skills. My background includes 20 years of business ownership. I tutored dyslexic students when I was in high school, mentored and trained employees, and worked with peers to improve thier business processes.

I teach to the individual, looking for individual strengths and weaknesses; then modify my approach to meet the needs of the individual student. My goal is to enable the student to be and do their best.
I have many years of experience working with students of all ages and abilities. I have taught in public schools, in private schools, with troubled and behavior problem youth, incarcerated youths (13-20 years of age), as well as home-schooled students, small group, and one-on-one. I have tutored students in all levels of math, science, English, Spanish, social studies, and history. I also have experience with SAT and ACT prep.
