My form of teaching is such that it involves the students more than the tutor. I encouraged the student to be able to solve problems on their own. Call me when there is a problem that the student needs help. I love to know what part of the questions they don’t understand and help them to understand. To me interaction with students on particular question and trying to figuring out solutions together are more important than the final answer.

After two years, I was chosen to become an instructor, where I fell in love with teaching. After separating from the military, I substitute taught for a year, primarily focusing on high school math.
