There are so many different teaching styles and learning styles. As a tutor the teaching style is going to be dependent on the student's learning style. Not everyone can teach. As a Dean, I had to interview many potential instructors. I believe that a teacher needs to be caring, compassionate and encourage students at all times. I have been employed by Verizon Telecommunications for 20 years.
