I believe that I am competent in various areas of biology and chemistry, and will be able to convey that competence. I have taught and tutored at my church and in other volunteer programs since high school. I also currently give drum lessons at a Stephen's Music Company.
I always find myself trying to lead others to figure out material on their own as a I set guidelines for them as they do so. I believe this is the best way for them to learn the material. In my senior year in College, I decided to start putting out Flyers for private tutoring because I noticed how much I love to help my friends with their Math Courses. I started getting phone calls and in August 2009 I started tutoring Middle school and High school students and also some college students. I enjoyed it a lot and I still enjoy it up till now. The best part of the whole experience is when my students or their parents come to me and tell me how their grades are improving in their Math courses or SAT scores for some student. Being a Math tutor is more than just a job. It's a hobby. I enjoy every minute of it.
