I am an avid writer of short stories and poetry, as well as song lyrics. I am an excellent public speaker and earned an A in this subject in college. As an undergraduate, I worked as a College Algebra tutor for two years. This required 3 to 6 office hours a week were students would come to on need basis or if their grade fell below a 70. I would also attend algebra classes every week to help the professor and the students. I became a favorite to many students and professors and was kept busy because of all the recommendations I received. During my last semester as a tutor, the director had a car accident and was out for many weeks. I took the responsibility to coordinate and lead exam review sessions for 20+ students by myself.
