Chemistry is one of my top subjects! Chemistry is one of my best subjects. I took Honors Chemistry in tenth grade and AP Chemistry in eleventh. I received an A+ in both for my efforts and a 5 on the AP exam. I was the very best student both years. It is a subject I have already and hope to continue tutoring.

A Little Bit About Me...

I would best describe my method of teaching as a give and take experience. Through diologue, I am able to lead the student through the thought process that will derive the correct answer. Giving bits of information can provoke a new approach to the task at hand. I also feel it is important to individualize each person being tutored, as everyone learns differently. Some learn best through the use of things such as pnuemonic devices, while others may need repitition to effectivily remember the material. I received a technology degree in 1975. Several years later I returned to college to persue a Physics/Mechanical Engineering Degree from SUNY New Paltz and RPI. I was an "A" student in Physics and enjoyed tutoring many classmates. I was a guest lecturer several times at RPI. Due to work and family commitments I did not complete the degree.
