I love working with children! I have the ability to work with the child's weakness and strengths. I can work around how the child learns, I usually just observe first because I try to teach a child. I think its very important to see what the child's weakness and strengths are first before you try to teach them anything. I believe that all children have different ways on learning and they all have their own time on learning. I am obtaining my MS in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California. I have previously successfully tutored groups of four K-12 students at a tutoring center on a range of courses they were taking. From my experiences I developed my innovative application of the Sokratic Method which has ensured every tutoring session has been educationally progressive and has improved the study and critical thinking skills of the pupil.
My innovative approach to tutoring is using the Sokratic Method while transcribing the results of the process.
