My comments on tutoring Mechanical Engineering : At UCSD we take several classes that are very alike to the curriculum of a mechanical Engineer.

I can teach either one to one or multiple kids. I have dealt with both cases and I when I am dealing with multiple kids I try to pair them up by their struggles so that they can overcome the obstacle together. I try to focus on what my pupil are struggling on and go over that with more detail then that of the stuff they already know. I teach the material at a pace that is right for everyone but I slow down if anyone needs me too.
I started tutoring in middle school in the field of math, science and history. When I was in High School I tutored kids for the clubs I was in such as the Spanish Honors Society, Math Club, National Honors Society, and California Scholarship Federation. On top of tutoring kids at my high school I would tutor elementary kids that were taking the high school placement exam on weekends at my high school.
