I am a credentialed elementary teacher, but have experience tutoring K-12, both in person and virtually. I began tutoring virtually starting in mid 2019 and refined my skills during the pandemic when everything became virtual. My comments on tutoring Grammar : In the world we live in, being able to effectively communicate with people is extremely important. I really enjoy teaching the art of grammar, and show my students how they can make a huge impact in the world we living in by using grammar in a proper manner.

I am able to effectively teach a group of kids, and I am also comfortable with the one on one teaching style. Regardless of the environment, I know how to make sure the needs of every student is met.

A Little Bit About Me...

I like to make learning fun by teaching according to what my students like. For instance, with the little girl I tutored, I knew that she was a visual learner and that she loved art and music so I gave her a mnemonic device in a form a song she liked to help her remember verb conjugations. I also made flashcards for her to remember fruits and vegetables as well as articles of clothing. I will make tutoring more creative because it makes fun and I feel that when kids have fun while learning, they remember more.
I have always helped people with their homework, particularly in when it comes to English and elementary math.
