Algebra I is one of my top subjects!

I love to teach whether its for fun or helping.
I am attending school for early childhood degree. Working with children and others have always been apart of me. Throughout school I am always helping and tutoring someone. Teaching someone something that I already know and something they should know or what to know makes me happy. My comments on tutoring Algebra I : 9Th Grade high school level

I am a graduate of Chowan University with a BA in Mathematics. While at Chowan I was one of the lead math tutors where I tutored college students in college algebra, intro to college algebra, applied calculus, and a few local high school students in geometry. I have helped children and teens from all ages in the field of English as well as performing arts. I have a passion for fine arts and literature and enjoy tutoring and helping others. I would be glad to work with students of all ages, but I prefer to work with a student individually rather than work with students in a group. From both my experience of being an informal tutor and being tutored, I find that students general prefer this style of tutoring because the tutor can both focus and better access their student's strengths and weaknesses in the particular academic subject they are having difficulty with.
I have informally tutored people of various age ranges in the subjects, physics and math , for a period that ranges over about three years .
