Microsoft Excel is one of my top subjects! I specialize in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). In my opinion Excel is one of the most under used tools in the work place. I have multiple years of experience in a manufacturing setting applying Excel to perform a wide range of data collection and analyzation tasks as well as building dashboards. I have used such Excel tools as charts and graphs, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and recorded macros to accomplish these tasks.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. I have very strong math skills, especially in Algebra, which is what my daughter is learning now. I excelled in grammar, art, health, and science as well. I was a teacher at a private school for a year after college before I started a family and began home schooling. A Little Bit About Me...

I do not have a particular style of teaching. I prefer to talk to the individual I am tutoring and together discover the best way to teach them the subject material. I believe that everyone learns information at a different pace and that some information is easier to process than other information. I believe that individuals should be comfortable while learning in order for them to actually learn. I would never force someone to learn "my way" and would work with them on developing a way that works for both of us. I have tutored slightly at my present community college. I tutored math. I have my Associates of Arts degree in Psychology and am currently in the process of obtaining my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Education. I plan to teach Psychology in the future.
