I have worked with students of different age groups as well as different ability levels. I am fair, knowledgeable and determined to make sure that the child can achieve his/her full potential. I believe that the best way to teach is to relate the subject matter to something that students love. For example, if a student loves to watch cartoons or play basketball, I would try to use an example related tot hat to help them.
As a member of the National Honor Society in junior high school, I tutored students in various subjects. MY love for words blossomed in high school and I pursued English and later journalism as my fields if study in college. I also most recently tutored elementary-aged children as a tutor with Champion Learning Center.
