I have worked with kids for nearly 10 years as an instructional soccer coach. I have also worked as a substitute teacher for the past three years at the K-12 level. Currently, I am enrolled in the Teachers' Credentialing Program at CSUS and taught 8th-grade Science last semester at Sylvan Middle School in Citrus Heights. I feel an awe-inspiring sense of wonder when I see that children fully understand what they have learned. Nowadays, there is an abundant amount of underprivileged children, who need the extra care, since being in a classroom or at home may not give the child enough attention and aid.
