Seeking to improve my instructional techniques, I obtained a Master's Degree in Reading and Literacy in 2005.
Although the majority of my students struggle in academic areas, they ultimately regularly score above the national norms on Standardized Assessments, including Iowa Test of Basic Skills and California Achievement Test. I believe that ALL children are capable of learning. It is my responsibility to seek out those methodologies that are most compatible for the children in my care.
