I think it takes a lot for one teacher to reach all of types of students who are all at different levels of interest in the subject being taught as well as at different levels of understanding. However, I feel it is the teacher's responsibility to give them all equal opportunity to learn. It is not just about grades and assignments, that is just the means to an end, but it is about learning. In order for the students to learn, the teacher needs to be passionate about the students as well as the subject that is being taught. That will instill in the students a desire to learn and understand.

I Have a Master degree of Mathematics and have 21 years teaching experience in mathematics, 9 years in college math and 12 years in secondary math. I used to teach algebra I,II geometry, trigonometry, Pre-calculus and calculus. During the last eight years I have tutored students in Algebra I, II ,Geometry, Pre-calculus, Calculus and SAT. also, I have experience in teaching Chinese in a Chinese school whose name is " Top Child" in the last three years.
I love working with all children. My philosophy is: "everybody can learn, but each one has his/her own style". I use different ways to teach, but I always find a learning way that best match the students.I like to see students growth and success and I have ability to help them to reach their goal. I am a patient, easy going and considerate person.
