As a Business Administration major, I have had extensive schooling in all realms of business, accounting, and finance. In my earlier years, I had extensive exposure to math of all levels, as well. During my early college years I was employed in the Tutoring Lab and volunteered at the YMCA; more recently I have tutored individuals on an as-needed basis. Education is my passion, for both myself and others. As a recent graduate of Lock Haven University, I have obtained dual bachelor's degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration. While taking a variety of college courses, I found my area of interest in accounting. After receiving my Bachelors degree with honors, began working in the accounting field and towards my masters degree in taxation. I have worked well with many individuals in a variety of industries and most enjoyed the training/supervision of a young staff at Genetti's. Many were hired with little or no experience and with time and patience, became solid and empowered with the knowledge and experience that they acquired. I am the mother of 3 children, including one who is an honors student at Holy Redeemer. Teaching is a challenging task, and rewarding all the same. Each person has individual knowledge and experiences, and reference points to which they can relate.
