Since 1982 I have been involved in chartering three new Missouri State banks. These positions have required me to research legal requirements for offering new products to our customers. In addition, I have trained new employees in a classroom-type setting regarding new and existing products, accounting and customer service.

Through this experience I obtained a great understanding of various student learning styles and effective teaching methods from numerous teachers and numerous students. I then secured a position with one of the top 10 public accounting firms in the country.
