I have a real passion for making learning as fun as possible. I also firmly believe that there isn't one approach to learning math that works for everyone. I pride myself on being able to identify how everyone best learns, and customizing an approach that fits each individual student's needs. This is why many people struggle in a traditional academic setting with math where teachers don't always have the luxury or the ability to meet each student's needs. My comments on tutoring Algebra III : I am a Tennessee licensed and certified mathematics teacher for grades 7-12. I have 8 years experience teaching at the high school level. Algebra III is likely very similar to the Tennessee curriculum course - Advanced Algebra and Trigonometry, which I have taught several times.

I am a very energetic teacher, and I try to incorporate as much FUN into learning as I can. I believe ANY student can learn mathematics, as long as they are patient with themselves and are willing to keep trying. I like to use a wide variety of things, especially technology (graphing calculator), graphics, videos, and hands-on activities whenever I can.
I have 8 years experience teaching high school mathematics in Rutherford County, TN.
