Individualized learning/teaching for optimal comprehension

I started tutoring in my teens helping young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders develop English and Math skills as well as speech therapy and public speaking. I adjust to the student/learner as I am told or discover their learning preferences. I like to incorporate a sense of humor in my teaching - I believe when children can relax they are much more open to learning.
