I intensively studied English Literature at the University of California, Berkeley (whose Literature Program is rated 2nd in the U.S., only behind Yale) and graduated with honors, summa cum laude in 2003. In my final year earning a Bachelor's degree, I completed an honors thesis (entitled "Erotism and Death in Italian Postmodern Literature and Film") for which I received an "A." My teaching career has been devoted to helping individual students achieve their potential. I have taught struggling students at all grade levels. As a reading teacher, I diagnosed each student’s strengths and weaknesses. I then tailored instruction to meet each student’s needs. I have also been a Learning Disabilities teacher in a small community. This gave me the experience of teaching a wide variety of subjects to students in elementary through high school. I worked as Library Assistant in the University where I earned my Accounting Degree. At first it was just a voluntary when some students needed a help especially mathematics subjects. As time went on, I became passionate about it and start coaching my friend's kids, helping them with their homework. I love doing it, it made me feel I am alive. It was on my Second year in college where I started my volunteer in Grade School and High School to conduct and arrange some extra hour of tutorial.
