My most challenging and rewarding tutoring position involved working with learning disabled students. A Little Bit About Me...

As an educator my teaching style is very laid back and easy going. I like my students to use there own knowledge to search for a solution while I give them a little bit of guidance. My non-threatening approach tends to win over students and helps them feel relax and not fear to ask questions. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a recent graduate of two degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Edward Waters College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida A&M University. I was able to obtain both degrees under a Dual Degree Program that was arranged between the two institutions. Throughout the completion of my degrees, I tutored college students in various math areas (College Algebra, Trig, Linear Algebra, etc). The organization I tutored under was called "TRIO (Student Academic Support)” I even had personal tutor jobs on the side (ages 6 on up).
