A Little Bit About Me...

I am convinced that for students to succeed in their education and in life they must have a firm foundation in reading and writing. Without mastering these basics it is nearly impossible for them to move on to a higher learning level. It is my desire to not just improve test scores, but to inculcate a passion for literature, reading and history. I believe that learning should be fun and that a teacher's enthusiasm and energy and excitement with the curriculum are critical to motivating students to learn.
