My goal is to help children in any context that I can. Although I have my sights set on being a pediatric neurologist, my vision encompasses more than this end. I have worked with children from ages 3 to 16 starting from the time that I was a sophomore in high school to the present. I have served a diverse array of roles, such as summer camp counselor, patient care associate at St. Louis Children's Hospital, and a mathematics teacher at an inner city school in St. Louis. I am a very patient, easy going, and considerate instructor. I believe that the hands-on learning approach is the most effective in helping all children learn. I have also published two children's books and three young adult fiction books. My B.S. is in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
