I believe teaching others a skill or new information is a gift, to both myself and the student. When the light goes off in their head, and the "I got it!" look comes across their face, I feel a sense of accomplishment. People have told me all my life what a great teacher I would be. I have also been fortunate to have acquired a vast number of friends who are not native born Americans.
