I have owned and operating my own bookkeeping/accounting/business management service for over thirty years. I have taught others how to use QuickBooks, set up filing systems, enter data base information and organize their finances. I have supported a variety of businesses and organizations including several non-profits. I have taught others about AP, AR, Payroll, Taxes, and other financial information.
I believe in explaining the concepts first and them allow the student to do the work themselves. I am open and friendly and clients enjoy being in the teaching environment. For the past 10 years, I have worked in my community, helping to better the lives of children. At age 15, I began mentoring young girls and volunteering for a non-profit organization, counseling developmentally delayed children and at-risk youth. I later went on to become a Behavioral Therapist, educating children with autism. My love for children (and passion for education) was the determining factor in the course of my college career.
