Geography is one of my top subjects! Currently and anthropology undergrad and have a basic background in geography.

At the University at Buffalo I worked as a tutor for university students in subjects ranging from English and Spanish to biology and calculus. My BS is in biomedical sciences but I am also a proficient writer and have taken many English courses. I received an award for Outstanding English Student in high school. In addition, I worked for the WHIZard Academy for Mathematics and English in Penfield, NY as a chemistry tutor for a high school student in preparation for the regents exam. I created lesson plans and compiled practice test questions because the company did not possess the materials to properly prepare the student for the exam.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently a substitute teacher and work everyday in one of four school districts in the Rochester area. I enjoy helping and tutoring kids. I teach ESL to adults on Monday and Wednesday nights and that is very similar to tutoring. I believe tutoring is very rewarding as a teacher and for the student.
