A Little Bit About Me...

I have private tutored almost all throughout college, mostly because I had many international friends in desperate need for English help. I taught English in Korea; the first 5 months being beginner English (to preschool to fourth graders) and the last 7 months I taught actual subjects children in America learn but at advanced levels (from 3rd grade to late middle school). The way I teach is different for every grade level. I check out the book, get to know the student and find a path to which the child can learn easily and find the subject interesting, no matter who the student is. I don't give up easily.
Most of my primary education experience involved me in music. I played the piano for 16 years, cello for 9 and self taught the violin and some other instruments. I prefer tutoring with stringed instruments. I then transitioned to sports like tennis and soccer. In college, after c ... read more
