I believe everyone will respond well to individualized instruction when the tutor studies the student's learning style and offers the information in the form best suited to each learner. I am the author of five historical novels and a number of articles, poems and short stories. Although my bachelor's degree is in psychology, my interests throughout my education have been to study children; how they learn, how they think, and what I can do to help them better themselves. Each student learns in their own way and sometimes that way is not in a classroom setting. A teacher to me is someone who has developed a way to make each student understand the subject matter.
