I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry and currently work as a research scientist discovering and developing new drugs to combat human diseases. As a graduate student, I served as a teaching assistant leading general, organic, and biochemistry tutorials and labs. For this, I was paid a teaching assistantship and was happy recipient of the 2005 Maeser Baeur Best Teaching Assistant award at the department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at USU.
