I try to teach by the style that seems to be the best for that student to learn. I am very patient and realize that each student takes a varied amount of time to grasp material. Hands on materials and fun activities are great ways to keep the student engaged.
I have taught school for 29 1/2 years in Special Education . My positions were in Preschool Special Needs, Elementary Special Needs, and High School Occupational Course of Study. Specializing in English, Spanish, and Elementary help!!

My area of expertise is the English language and grammar. I took two year's worth of Advanced Placement English classes during high school and made either 4's or 5's on both exams. The score of 5 on my senior level exam allowed me to place out of Freshman English during college and jump right into Sophomore English. I just made an A in that Sophomore class. I also took Spanish for four years during high school, and have already taken a college level class with a final grade of A. I will be taking another class this coming semester, and after only three more Spanish classes I will have a minor in Spanish language. I practice my Spanish on a daily basis and have used my skills a countless number of times in the workplace. Honest and Driven, love to teach no matter the age!

College degree in 2002 in CIS, a couple certifications here and there. I have been a Machinist for 6 years going now. Straight A's all thru school and love working with people....especially children.
