I approach each day with enthusiasm because I believe it's contagious. My greatest strength lies in the fact that I am a good communicator and I am always looking to develop myself as an instructor. In the first few weeks, whether it's with one student or 30 students I like to develop a partnership or team with them. An example of this is when we discuss, and agree upon the classroom rules. No matter what field I have worked in over the years, I have always made teaching a component of what I do. I love teaching children. It is a challenge to engage them in the process. I adapt my style to each child's needs and personality. Although I set boundaries, I am not comfortable with being a stern taskmaster.
