I have eleven years of experience in educating children in kindergarten to twelfth grade students with special needs who are diagnosed with a number of physical, mental and emotional disabilities. I also am responsible for keeping records on students' progress, dealing with problem behaviors and serving as a source of information and support in the regular classroom. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I have worked with various at-risk populations, including child with behavioral and emotional problems. I, myself have an 8 year old son who has been diagnosed with ADHD and a mood disorder. I know how extremely hard it is for parents during homework time.
