I graduated recently in Elementary education, so I have a broad knowledge in all subject areas. I got in the top 15th percentile on the Praxis content knowledge test. I am well-trained in different teaching techniques as well as Elementary content because I have substituted in classes from special education, to kindergarten, to sixth grade in small group and whole class. I completed eight years of Music through the School on The following Instruments, Mallet Percussion, Trombone, Piano, Minor Voice. After completing High school I returned to the school the following year to help instruct the Music department. A Little Bit About Me...

I teach children and adults according to the wishes of the learner. I love teaching music theory and aural skills; however, I also love to make people discover learning music at their own pace and developments. For example, my husband learns to play certain music that I picked up by ear on the piano which he chose to learn. I teach him how to play something and he eventually learns to dictate it on sheet paper from learning it.
