A Little Bit About Me...

I was homeschooled for the majority of my education which enabled me to assit my younger brothers and sisters in their studies. I taught a few Science classes including botony and a study of birds and have tutored in highschool math as well. I played volleyball, took 3 years of piano, and was a member of Chior as well. I worked as a teachers aide in a preschool for 2 years. I worked with children from the age of 6 weeks to 5 years. I plan on going to college for either business or diognostic sonography.
I love working with kids of all ages. All children are unique and they all learn in different ways. I believe the most important key to teaching is having a passionate teacher. When a student has a teacher who is interested in the subject matter, they cannot help but be interested too. In regards to my favorite subject, history, I believe it is best taught by focusing on the ‘story’ aspect of it.
