Everyone needs help now and again!

I have worked with children ages 5 and up for a few years now. I have 3 siblings all 8 years or more younger than me, and have had lots of experience with children in elementary school. I have tutored middle school students after hours, and have worked with Special Needs children throughout my summers and within my school.
I find most children at young ages are visual learners, but I am easily adjustable to many teaching styles to fit the students needs.

Passionate Elementary Education Tutor

I love teaching and I love to see the spark in a child's eye when they finally understand a subject they have struggled with! I am a certified special education instructional support aide for an elementary school in northwest Fort Worth. This is my second time tutoring and my first time was a great experience. It was stressful a first but after I formed a bond with those I tutored, everything else was simple. In high school, Math as never my strongest subjects, and it still isn't unless its Elementary Math. I had to take ALGEBA 1 three times! Any History subject and Language Arts is my strongest areas. World History is one of my top subjects!

I have years of experience I have been tutoring since I was in high school. I learned some very valuable learning skills that I can pass on to the younger kids or older kids I work good with both and because I am a lil younger then most tutors I seem to get a more positive feedback from the child then I would if I was ten years older.
