Elementary is one of my top subjects! I have my bachelor's degree in childhood and special education as well as certification in early childhood education. My teaching style is based on the gradual release theory, where instruction begins with me demonstrating a skill or strategy, followed by the student practicing the skill with my support, eventually leading to independent use of the skill by the student. My comments on tutoring Elementary : An Elementary school teacher works with students and helps them learn concepts in subjects such as science, mathematics, language arts, social studies, art and music. It is the teacher's job to help students apply these concepts in a real-world context. I have 9 years experience as an Elementary school teacher.
