I love learning and teaching alike. My first teaching experience was in high school when I helped teach inner city children how to swim. Following high school, I earned a bachelor's degree in genetics at UC Berkeley, during which time I worked as a teacher's assistant for a genetics professor. As a tutor I try to find the appropriate technique to help the student in the subject they are having problems with.
As an CSU-Pueblo senior engineer student, I know how hard some math classes could be. I have successfully passed all my math courses and I am one more class away to get my minor in it. I have helped students in the last 2 years with their math/Spanish courses. Students needed help in the beginning of the semester due to bad grades, through the semester I helped them to successfully improve their grades and review for every exam.
