I have always enjoyed being able to teach children as our nation's next generation. I feel that I can be a positive influence and role model for children of all ages. As the child's caretaker, I feel it is my responsibility to discipline the child as the parent's would like for me to. I feel children learn best through positive reinforcement, however there are times where negative repercussions are necessary. I myself don't rely on memorizing formulas, that gets you no where, but understanding the fundamentals behind the formulas is where to gain knowledge.
