My comments on tutoring Poetry : My comment on creative writing applies here. I took many undergraduate college level poetry courses.

I have tutored various friends in English, poetry, reading, grammar, biology, music, and study skills since my own school days. I am a quick learner, and a diligent student myself. My original degree was in English with a minor in Spanish. I received my teaching certification in 1979 in Secondary English/Spanish. I taught adult ESL part time for 2 years in the evenings.
