Art & Design are not about software but skills

I was taught by professionals, the teachers I had were drill sergants installing skills through repetition. I work much the same way. The lessons I create are going to repeat form and function, proportion, typography and layout, pre production planning as well as the subject matter. You have to learn to walk before you get to the Olympics. Graphic designer with experience in both Europe and USA

I've been a graphic designer for more than 35 years. My first major project was a tourist guidebook to Vienna, Austra, 1988. Later worked for Novo Nordisk, Austrian State Department, Merck, OPEC, Suzuki, and many other clients in Austria. Have been living in Austin/Round Rock for 18 years. When the Mac came about in the late 80s, I taught some great Austrian designers how to make the conversion from conventional graphic arts production to using a Mac.
